There are no guarantees or fancy promises. I am not the Coach Fairy, I'm simply here to guide you.

That's not a guarantee. That's just what happens when you finally get out of your own way.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often looks back — what happened, why, and how to heal. Coaching looks forward: where do you want to go, what's in the way, and what's the next step.
Different tools. Different purpose. Both valid. Not the same.
Do you give advice?
No — and that's intentional. The ICF framework assumes you already have the answers. My job is to help you find them, not hand you mine.
If you want someone to tell you what to do, I'm not the right fit. If you want to figure it out yourself, with structure and someone in your corner — let's talk.
What if I'm not in crisis?
You don't need to be falling apart to work with a coach. Some of the best sessions are with people who are doing fine — but feel vaguely stuck, have a decision on the back burner, or just want space to think without someone else's agenda.
